SUE PALERMO
Association Manager

Sue joined NCG in January 2025 as an Association Manager after spending seven years as a program director and manager for an Atlanta non-profit promoting youth literacy. She excels at volunteer and employee management and has a proven track record of increasing the reach of non-profits organizations and associations. Additionally, she has held several volunteer leadership positions for a local educational association, and founded a community organization with a mission to provide volunteer opportunities for local families. Sue earned a Bachelors in Education from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters in Social Work from Boston University. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, spending time with family, and camping.
