Alisha is a proud Army Veteran that recently joined NGC the start of 2025. As a mission-driven individual, Alisha is deeply committed to causes greater than herself, thriving in environments where she can make a tangible, positive impact.

After transitioning from the military, Alisha continued her education at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in communication.

Alisha’s unique combination of military experience and business expertise makes her a strong leader with a clear sense of purpose and has allowed her the ability to excel in diverse roles across a wide range of industries. Her versatility has allowed her to wear many hats, gaining valuable experience in marketing, accounting, strategic planning, customer service, and relationship building. She brings a well-rounded perspective, combining her military discipline with her business knowledge to drive results, enhance efficiency, and foster strong relationships.     

In her free time, Alisha enjoys playing and coaching basketball, DIY projects, and thrifting. Nature and her family also keep her grounded, whether it is traveling to the nearest body of water, hiking, or spending time outside soaking up the sun with her husband, three kids, and three fur babies.
