ONE… Proactive vs. Reactive

NCG recognizes that there is a time and place for both proactive and reactive management styles with our associations. However, it has been our experience, due to the volunteer nature of associations, that many associations find themselves being far more reactive rather than proactive. NCG’s management style is to promote proactive thinking and actions, making reaction the exception rather than the rule.

TWO… Strategic vs. Logistic

NCG manages on a logistics and strategies scenario. We believe that an association board should be able to focus on strategy and ideas of growth; NCG’s responsibility is to turn these ideas into reality for the association while offering input on strategic ideas and initiatives.

THREE… Change for Growth

Change is a good thing, but only in areas that need it. NCG takes the time to know each of their clients in-depth to better understand what changes we might suggest to move the association to the next level. Change, but not change just for the sake of change, is essential to NCG’s successful management style for cultivating growth.
