Ellen joined NCG in 2004 after eight years of meeting and event management in the corporate, non-profit and association industries.  Her expertise includes experience in C-level executive meetings, 600+ attendee association tradeshows, incentive travel/programs and event logistics and promotion.   Her background covers all aspects of event and meeting planning, including but not limited to, site selection, contract negotiation, food and beverage organization, audio visual, registration, speaker coordination, marketing, travel logistics and more.  With all of her experience she brings a vast knowledge of planning and execution in budget, timeline and staffing management and constantly strives to provide her clients with a comprehensive meeting management approach. 

Prior to joining NCG, Ellen held various senior program manager positions with companies such as Arthur Andersen LLC, Benchmarc 360 and Event Logistics International as well as program and educational planning with the Arthritis Foundation.

Ellen is also dedicated to her family, church, friends and community.  She is a proud wife and mother of two.  She enjoys spending her down time with her family and anything outdoors.
